Teamwork doesn't require some kind of belief that when you work for yourself you know, that everything you do its for self-realization. However, if there is a team that works together towards the goal, a lot can be accomplished.
Working as a team in the same time can be complicated, as someone must to make all planning, generate ideas, give a job for others, make more accountant needs, to rent a bigger office and so on. As if you work alone you need minimal place and you are responsible for yourself.
In other hand we can understand, that alone you can't reach this what smaller or bigger team can make. With more staff your business can break a huge hills, is able to collaborate with different people, understand their points of view, support ideas, and create joint solutions.
